Event based work that is fairly easy if you have basic knowledge of audio and visual equipment.

Cons

Hours are not flexible because all work is event based. Clients are sometimes incompetent uses their own equipment.

The company is awful now. It’s Ashford bean counters and terrible sales guys. Management does not care about the employees unless you are an brown-noser.
