Pros

Corporate office personnel and owner (MJ) were family orientated and fine people to work for. Paychecks were always good the pay was low but the check never bounced. Work conditions were always good. A good place to learn and advance in the Audio Visual Industry.

Cons

Some of the managers in the branch offices were weak. They were not very good at their job or were not very motivated. They would look for ways to get out if work if they would show up at all and the Managers in the Corporate Office were either naive to the situation or else unaware that they employees were taking advantage of their situation. The client would get upset because they could never find the "AV Guy" that's is because he was never there. Guess who gets promoted.... ? It was amazing to watch!

Pros

Family atmosphere. The team is close knit. Every branch along with Omaha Century Link Center are great to work with.

Cons

If you worked there a long time and are in the back pocket of your peers along side the VPs you may be able to get somewhere. They are not fully structured. From what I understand is the company is still in development to keep up with their competition.
