Pros

I have nothing but a positive experience while working for JSAV. I have been given multiple opportunities for advancement in a short tenure with the company, and I appreciate the special ability I have to work with tools in sound, video, and lighting that I am passionate about.

Cons

Not everyday is incredibly busy, and sometimes the slower days at work become a bit monotonous.

Pros

My coworkers are great. Management is down-to-earth. We have flexibility to operate each venue independently and have support to get extra help when we need it. The company has grown a lot in the last two years, which means there are opportunities for new positions and more opportunities to fill-in where others have been promoted.

Cons

Work-life balance can get a little off during busy stretches, but it tends to level out during the slow times.

Pros

> plenty of opportunity for upward mobility & relocation > great benefits - company really cares for employees

Cons

> not necessarily a con, but there are long days during the busy season that you must be prepared for mentally and physically.
