Pros

The coworkers I have are great!

Cons

Since Integris decided to hire Tim as CEO, it has progressively gone downhill. Leadership does not care about employees. I saw another review that pointed to executives thinking of buzz words and patting themselves on the back. That is completely accurate. The last employee survey showed a 35% satisfaction level. That should speak volumes to the board of directors. Why there has been no changes in executive leadership is concerning. Integris was once a bright star in the medical field. CEO is burning it to the ground.

Pros

Leadership listens and cares: -Daily huddles to bubble up escalations and ideas to better the organization -Decisions are often driven by the effort and research that bubble up from the bottom -Management in Information Security (can't speak to the rest of the organization) is very invested in their employees health, well being, sanity and ensure maintenance of a solid work/life balance. Work from home for many roles that do nor require a physical presence in building. Organization is supportive of community involvement and charitable contributions in MANY ways. Committed to continued education and ensuring you remain marketable as an employee while employed there.

Cons

Salaries run in the 50%th percentile of market studies. This often prevents drawing the best talent available. Medical benefits are not that beneficial. They force you to utilize INTEGRIS facilities which isn't bad but the deductibles and cost are still similar to more robust and open plans through other organizations. I'm not opposed to the self insuring, but it should be cheaper since overhead is obviously cheaper and what money we do pay in goes right back to INTEGRIS. They did not tell me when hiring that I would be required to use my PPL (their version of PTO) for even federally recognized holidays. No benefit to working these holidays like time and a half that many organizations offer.
