      Very bad organisational culture

      Pros

      Integris treat their employee no note than craps. After working 15 years in INTEGRIS Deaconess I got only 1.2 % pay raise . There was no one to tell me why this happen.

      Cons

      there are too many cheifs treat their employee as new era of slavery. Integris has insurance which is close network and they do not cover any other providers . I and my children has no other choice to either go to integris or pay full out of pocket for my health care needs. Due to my cultural and religious belief is not incorporated in my health care . So I forced to choose diffrent institution for my healthcare needs . Even though I had integris Insurance , i had been treated as self pay.

      Integris offers great insurance, until you give your notice then they go back and change things.

      Bullying. Small raises. Hostile environment.
