      Integris treats their staff as family. Requesting time off is not extremely difficult.

      Insurance is limited to only Integris Health providers.

      A lot of good people work there.

      Cons

      New CEO was hired by the board to cut costs no matter what. Huge layoffs in August and more to come. New hand picked executives are drinking the Kool-Aid of a CEO who won't be there long. Now there is a smaller corporate staff that cant possibly get their work done with effectiveness and have a fear for losing their job if you have ideas of your own. 'Love, Learn and Lead' used to be the mantra for the employees, but now the mantra should be 'keep your head down, bide your time and look for a new job.'
