      Pros

      Good employee benefits and learning/leadership course opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership is not supportive. A lot of office politics. No loyalty to service years given.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the work culture at INTEGRIS; it was very laid back and casual the majority of the time. Most everyone was friendly and willing to help if asked. It had a "work family" feel and promoted team work.

      Cons

      The benefits during the last several months I was working there changed drastically and not in favor of the employee . Deductibles were extremely high to get somewhat decent coverage which was frustrating to me as an employee working for a health care system who discontinued employee discounts for using INTEGRIS doctors. Also, employee time off was reduced as well especially for those who were not senior employees.

      Pros

      Because this is a very large organization there is a lot of opportunity for growth. They are also one of the leading healthcare organizations in Oklahoma.

      Cons

      This company has terrible executive leadership. As a current employee I do not feel supported or valued by my leaders!
