Low starting pay compared to the rest of the market for a call center. Not terrible but could be improved. Have to work at the company for a while before you are able to move around easily to the different departments unless there is an urgent opening.

We were pleased to ensure that all employees had at least 3-weeks of paid sick time, including adding days to a large number of employees during the pandemic, but we also understand that each employee's benefit needs and wants are different.
