Pros

Good place to start in banking. Good place that will train you. Excellent PTO and health insurance coverage options. Free parking.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Negative undertones all the way up the totem pole and back down again. Uncompetitive wages.

Pros

I switched to Intrust from a credit union after the credit union wouldn't work with my school schedule. They were way more flexible and understanding, which I appreciated.

Cons

There's pressure to sign people up for credit cards, and I didn't feel right about that when working in a more poor part of town. Also not a lot of pay increases.
