Pros

INTRUST has provided me with a career and knowledge that I know would benefit me if I had to leave (which I don't plan on doing). I have been able to develop myself with support from my managers by providing quality work and expressing my interests in different areas. There is great family/work life balance and many times I have witnessed that this organization does care about its employees. If there are concerns and you feel like you can't go to your manager there is other support you can go to.

Communication can be slow.
