Pros

Good for someone who has the interest to dive in a banking business.

Cons

The most toxic and hostile workplace environments I have ever work for in my short IT career. Rude, entitled, crazy and disrespectful immediate supervisor. The management does not need anyone who stands up against for themselves and voices the abuse. If you do challenge how things are run, you will be a target and will be micromanaged more than they usually do. Practically, they will set you up for failer.

Pros

Good company culture and the ability to learn from other areas is nice.

Cons

Supervisors seem out of touch with the employees they manage, caring too much about employees' personal lives and how to make them revolve around then bank. Supervisors don't seem to understand that some employees just want to work and go home rather than be emotionally invested in the corporate culture. And there's a balatent disregard for helping employees be more capable to do their jobs in a practical sense. They promote this idea of wanting to grow and improve, being open to any and all suggestions... but apparently only if it comes from a member of management.

Good value system. Typically an ethical work force. Good life/work balance. Management tries to meet the needs of their employees.

Cons

High amount of nepotism. Jobs typically fall to persons with seniority, even if they are less qualified.
