Delayed hikes,minimal bonus,no organisational growth, stubborn product leaders who worked on single products through their career and have no exposure to other products. Condescending behaviour from managers. Nobody knows what yearly goals are. 5 days in office with 9 hours log in time and this only applies to India offices. Outside India nobody cares.
