All work no play. Weekends are never your own. Politics abound and if you are savvy enough, play politics and you will go far, even if do not know much.

A good company to work for if you like telecommuting. Working environment is not idealistic but somewhat ok for a medium size company.

Cons

Not so much room for growth as a software engineer, after three years with the company everything becomes daily routine.
