if you are close to your Director/Manger you can become manager in no time. You don't need to know any thing. Your manager will convience management that you are the best.

Cons

more work no recognition, less salary, if you dont agree with your manager you are fired.

very people and some good technology. Very interesting project

Cons

employees treated very poorly with furloughs considered normal (what is the government)? Company has been destroyed by the vulture capitalists. No stability or transparency to employees. Overall not a good place to work

Ample training and documentation to help you succeed in your job. Hands off approach when it comes to management. If you're the type of person that values a non-micromanaging culture this is a good fit.

Cons

Poor communication between departments. Lack of visible effort to improve corporate culture and appease the concerns of the employees. Poor in the raise and bonuses department.
