Pros

Ok pay and benefits. Nice offices. There are some really great people although a lot of them are leaving due to poor leadership and the constant expectation to deliver so much on such small budgets.

Cons

HR will tell you (see their responses to other reviews) that “bullying is taken very seriously” yet bullying and gaslighting behaviors from Executive Leadership Team members are entirely tolerated. It seems the CEO and HR would rather see talent continuously leaving certain areas of the business rather than address the appalling behaviors of certain leaders. As others have commented, if you call out bullying it will most likely be you leaving the company.
