It's an ever expanding company

Cons

Unfair distribution of pay and allowances with some departments and individuals favoured over others - favoured being the science based members of staff, yet some of the production side are again favoured over others.

Exhausting due to some toxic leaders

Pros

Some great people who are passionate and want to make a difference. Benefits package is good. My own manager is good.

Cons

Some senior HR leaders are known to lead through fear and ridicule, and demonstrate behaviours that are at times surprisingly immature. It is clear that perspectives different to theirs must not be voiced. Company’s top leadership team’s understanding of people is outdated.

The current disease portfolio can impact positively patient lives

Cons

They treat humans very badly. It can all start very nice, but quite fast, HR and top management can use the opportunity to take advantage of yourself. Bad contractual practices, worst work-life balance, non meaningful projects. There is a French male sexism quite set in the organisation. If you are a women and not french you shouldn’t join
