Pros

The benefits are really good compared to other similar companies and the new management is working hard to take everyone’s feedback into place. I am given a project and the tools I need and the trust and freedom to get the job done. My co workers have become like family and I really enjoy the group.

Cons

In a small company you wear many many hats and are expected to step up without always being told.

Lots of freedom to explore new skills and technologies, management gives devs and qa the time to build applications well, management is incredibly transparent about decisions. Plenty of talented devs who are willing to share knowledge and a great team atmosphere.
