Pros

Work 7 and 7, every other week is off. Easy Job, Good coworkers.

Cons

No vacation days. Must use your phone for work with no reimbursement. Hard to move up. Healthcare is very expensive.

No amount of Pros can outweigh the cons and this employer

Cons

Burn cash idiotically and cannot manage to keep employees. Turnover rate is ridiculously high since “New and Innovative” CEO and her squad of poached employees came into the picture as “leadership”. FYI that term is used loosely here. Absolutely the worse at screening and hiring people.
