Pros

No amount of Pros can outweigh the cons and this employer

Cons

Burn cash idiotically and cannot manage to keep employees. Turnover rate is ridiculously high since “New and Innovative” CEO and her squad of poached employees came into the picture as “leadership”. FYI that term is used loosely here. Absolutely the worse at screening and hiring people.

Pros

Built an innovative services and products around 2010 + Some good team members are still around that haven't been driven off yet

Cons

This company exists to benefit the family that owns it not the employees - it is for the owners and their children, so that they can do whatever they want, wherever they want, and build their own resumes. Nepotistic C-suite composed entirely of family members of the chairman and founder. Expensive healthcare / not great benefits. Micromanagement of employees. There is a lot more competition in their niche market, and IPT has fallen behind.

Pros

I have really enjoyed my time at IPT Global. The team is so collaborative and open. I feel like I can share my ideas and thoughts and management listens. There are alot of opportunities for growth and progression in the company.

Cons

The main downside I see is the small team that relies on everyone to do their part.
