-You can find some really great people that care about what they do and the people they work with -Decent benefits and pay for the level of skill needed to perform job duties

Cons

-Zero appreciation for truly talented folks that work there -Micromanagement and arrogant leadership is killing the company culture -Can be a toxic place especially in the office -Preach positive culture but do not practice what is preached -Poor leadership starting at the very top

Some of the employees are really nice to work with.

Cons

Overall bad management .. I worked with directors who does favoritism becoz they have some kinda (in quotes) business with some , so only those lucky ones get some encouragement or promotions and the rest are ignored/ not valued.. There are micromanagers who are looking at your shoulders all the time checking on you constantly and writing up on you for trivial reasons. Inexperienced , short tempered HR rep who you do not want to deal with.

Good and hardworking employees, flexible hours, and casual dress code.

Cons

Very poor management practices, unclear roles and responsibilities, poor communication, no transparency in anything revolving around money, leadership and owners have trust issues, nepotism at high level positions. Uncommon structure and workflow for Agile development. After 10 years in business company is still in startup mode.
