Pros

The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and calm. They keep the building nice and tidy.

Cons

IPT is a very tight knit group, which can be good for you if you like to play golf with the boss, but if not, they'll play favorites and you'll be put on the crappy jobs .

I loved the tech team at IPT, lots of great and fun people to be around. The tech stack is also great.

Cons

Wasn't personally affected by it, but heard a lot from others who got burned by company politics and drama.
