Pros

The work itself had potential, and there were moments where you could see what the company could be.

Cons

From day one, something felt off. It was hard to put my finger on it at first, but over time it became clear that transparency wasn’t a priority here. Things were communicated on a need-to-know basis, except most of the time, you never actually needed to know, even when you should have. You just found out later, or from the wrong person, or not at all. The favoritism isn’t subtle. The people with the right relationships got the recognition and the praises, while the people actually doing the work burned out or left. The culture reflected that. You learned to think twice before speaking up, because pushing back had consequences. So people adjusted, stopped raising concerns, and stopped expecting things to change. It stops feeling like a workplace and starts feeling like you’re just trying to get through the week.

Pros

The work itself and collaborating with other teams offered some satisfaction.

Cons

The company favors friends and family of executives over skilled employees. These individuals earn more, receive promotions, and gain recognition despite contributing far less than those with actual education and expertise. The unfairness is blatant and demoralizing for everyone who truly works for results.

Pros

A mostly respectful atmosphere and values that sound good on paper.

Cons

- Inconsistent internal processes caused nonstop friction. - Policies shifted without stability, expectations changed constantly, and guidance depended entirely on who was involved. - Communication gaps created endless rework and constant second guessing. - Good intentions meant little when the absence of clear standards made real efficiency nearly impossible. - Confidence in expectations slowly collapsed over time.
