We’re disappointed by this review, particularly given how vague and unconstructive it is. At IPT, we’re proud of the culture we’ve built—and continue to strengthen—based on collaboration, performance, and integrity. We are a family-owned company, which can sometimes lead to assumptions. But to be absolutely clear: hiring and advancement decisions at IPT are made based on merit, not personal relationships. We hold all team members to high standards, and those who thrive here are the ones who consistently deliver results and live our values. We welcome constructive feedback and always look for ways to improve. But broad claims like “nepotism has run rampant” without context or specifics are not only inaccurate—they’re unfair to the many hardworking professionals who contribute meaningfully to our success every day. We remain focused on building a company where performance is recognized, growth is supported, and culture is something we shape together.
