- Great office envionrment and colleagues to work with. - The production team lead (company GM) is always looking out for her team - especially when you feel the workload becomes too much. - Great way to learn about the different industries and thier challenges. The IQPC research method forces you to hone your own analytical thinking and commercial skills. - managment encourages you to use AI to reduce your workload and suggest new ideas / think outside of the box
Cons
- Fast-paced environment - but that is what the events industry is about - Sometimes the different teams work too much in siloes (although management encourages you to collaborate with them)
