-Lots of training and support provided from the senior team. -Meritocracy, if you work hard, your efforts get noticed and rewarded. I had a very positive experience and professional growth. -Inclusive environment, with dedicated activities for women in business . -Team building activities happening during the year which is an extra way to get to know your colleagues in a fun environment. -Hybrid work, love the balance, this is working very well. -Chance to travel and visit new places while working.

Cons

- High staff turnover but not in all the teams.
