Pros
A great place to work if you're a team player and want to make a genuine contribution to that team. I work with a range of different departments and job functions to build events that deliver real value. In the process, I'm constantly learning from the skill sets my peers bring to their roles and employing that knowledge in my day-to-day. Individual contributions to a campaign are celebrated collectively, but it's feeling of being part of a wider team pulling in the same direction that is the most rewarding. The hybrid working model allows for individuals to take real ownership over how they manage their time without ever losing sight of the fact they're part of a collective effort to build something truly special. There hasn't been a day I've worked here when I haven't learned something new, and I'm enjoying it immensely. The most enjoyable and rewarding job I've ever had.
