      Pros

      For those looking to grow their skills and experience this is a tremendous organization to work in. Daily exposure to top executives from the largest corporations in the world means that you are developing an awareness of what it takes to truly be successful. Ongoing training and a defined sales process allows for incredible professional development. Opportunities are plentiful for those that chase them.

      Cons

      Hard work and determination are a must in this culture. If you don't have the drive and ambition to succeed then this might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      With hard work comes great reward. I see people promoted to managers after one year. Salaries are competitive to other companies and they offer a great commission and bonus program. PLUS the opportunity to travel the world, if you choose to work in one of their global offices. Fun culture with lots of events to participate in.

      Cons

      Make no mistake- I said hard work comes with great reward. Come in and expect to brought to your next level.

      Fun environment with lots of opportunity to make good money and build your professional network. Amazing office building and location with extremely helpful management. I'd highly recommend everyone with a good sales background to apply
