I managed but it could be a lot better in so many ways
Pros
1.Some people are trully nice 2. Great office location 3.If you really can work in the so called 'fast paced' environment, this is an ok place to work at
Cons
1. Pay is low even with commission ( commission is a very low flat rate) despite expecting us to do endless work. 2. Sales method and practice are very old school 3.Targets are unreasonably high without taking into consideration other stuff ( number of employees, average events, and so on ) Had to work for several events at the same time and it was draining 4. You can tell there's favoritism among the employees 5."this meeting could've been an email" if you want to avoid this, reconsider applying here because they do too many ( almost pointless ) meetings 6. Some specific people are just arrogant and stubborn. Some are pretentious.
