Pros

Great people, a paycheck, fast pace, good if not great trainning.

Cons

Turn over is out of this world, very hush hush about it, not a great pay check, sales campaign a bit complicated.

Pros

If you are straight out of college, it's a good opportunity to get some experience. They provide some training. You will learn how to use a CRM system which is a vital skill to have, but extremely boring. People you work with are great too! You can always shoot the s*** w them as long as you put 80 something calls a day. IQPC employees are hounded by other companies, so you will get a lot of job offers from recruiters trying to poach you.

Cons

For their events: Profit first, quality later. It gets boring and repetitive if you're college educated. There are no challenges to overcome.

Pros

The best reason for working at IQPC is the involvement of senior sales management in the development of your personal success, most notably Chris Ritchie. Chris made it a point to ensure I had all the tools, skills, training, guidance and support I needed to be successful. When goals were exceeded, it was a direct result of the environment Chris created. When goals were missed, I knew that there was more I could've done on my own. Chris made an extra effort to shield his subordinates from some of the inter-office politics and negativity that can happen in any office. I truly felt valued and knew that Chris had personally invested his time and energy in my success. Regarding the company: they hire based on skill set and pay based on merit. Prior sales experience is not necessarily a requirement.

Cons

Extremist sentiment plagues parts of the office. The general attitude portrayed to employees was negative, for example, when things are bad, it's the end of the world and time for cleaning house. Perhaps it is a proven motivational tool. With very clear at-will contracts, they are able to execute on this sentiment, however, hard workers who are willing to put in the hours necessary will always have success at IQPC.
