Pros

You will become a great multi tasker, but an expert in nothing. Good for graduates with no experience. Easy to get in.

Cons

Low salaries across the board. Sales and sponsorship have a very high turnover, production and marketing a little less it seems although they are heavily overworked. At will contract, no job security. Little workforce motivation. Management is disconnected from staff. Production need to roll out a certain number of events to meet quotas and many are born to fail. Poor work/life balance.

You receive a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

borderline boiler room operation, employees are overworked and treated like slaves and burn out quickly. Only 16 vacation days which includes sick days. Constant structure changes. Revolving door. This is not a place where someone who considers himself successful or wants to be successful works.

Firstly you should know that management has been writing all the positive reviews. All the negative ones are what IQPC is actually like. Nothing good about IQPC, only the location - the office itself is like from the 1920's

Cons

Where do I begin? - computers from the 1800s - ugly office - no coffee machine (I worked at a 8 people company and they had a coffee machine, IQPC is THAT cheap) - no company credit cards (you have to pay for travel and they take a month to reimburse you) - you learn nothing - no market research - no sense of team work - management is ugly both inside and outside
