Pros

You get paid a salary. Get to leave office at 5.30pm.

Cons

The negative reviews are real. The sparkling reviews with paragraphs are dictated to boost hiring and create a good image, it's not genuine. The manager painted a very pretty picture of working here at the interview but only when you work there, they show their true colours of how rude and controlling they are. It is a very militaristic / dictatorship kind of working environment. They control when you go to toilet, when you stand, when you sit etc You think you can learn some good skills here but actually you can do so at other better events company. You don't have to experience the iqpc way of working.

Pros

- Direct colleagues are fantastic. - A fair amount of opportunities to progress as staff turnover is so high. -Good experience to be had if you're fresh out of college, but don't work there more than a year. - Nandos is close by.

Cons

-Shocking lack of transparency between management and staff. - Audacious promises made that are seldom honored, - Awfully low pay. - Ostrich syndrome amongst majority of management - consistently ignore the fact that 70% of workforce is perpetually unhappy, even though they're well aware of it -Absolutely no sense of employee retention/ loyalty. Only the absolute best performers are rewarded for their hard work. Expect nothing if you're working in a support function, or a middle of the road performer. - Poor management decisions that cost time, money and people. - Sales office staff are treated like children/dogs. You sell something, you get a bag of Haribo, or if you're lucky, a beer, doggy treat, toy ball. - You're told when to take breaks. You stand up when you're told to, and if you argue, you get a disciplinary - Don't make coffee during 'power hours' or management will belittle you. This is where the ambition bereft come to die.

Pros

there are none to alk about

Cons

Did not pay last months salary despite serving the notice. I thought it would be a good company to work for and so I quit a good job I had in one of the largest IT companies however the managers at IQPC did not even had a defined role for me despite promising so many things prior to joining the company. Therefore I dad to quit in less than a year as they were not sure what they wanted me to do in the company. People especially the senior managers are always trying to ind ways to put you down. I would recommend not to join this company even for a higher role or salary.
