      Pros

      very easy to get hired (cause of very high turn over and bad company)

      Cons

      - bullying and non respectful communication from CEO - micromanagement: old command and control type of management. very hierachical even if the company is quite small - false promises made about the amount of money you will get (profit share based) - no development plan (even if they tell you the contrary at first) - no possibility to move from one office to the other internationally, (even if they tell you the contrary at first) as these are basically competing ith each other. - very high turn over and high demontivation (for the reasons cited above): basically, around 80% of the actual workers are looking for the next job.

      - Early end time by office standards - Colleagues are nice and approachable

      Cons

      - Overtime is the norm. You are not demanded to do overtime but because the job is your responsibility, you have no choice but to overtime (even on weekends) because there's too much work! - Not much of an office culture, no togetherness. Office parties are very very limited - Micromanagement is very prevalent here. If this isn't for you, then you're better off elsewhere

      Awful environment very high staff turnover, poor management and lack of delivery on events

      The pros are you are able to hand your notice in and leave so you don't have to stay in this awful company

      Cons

      Focus on selling sponsorship to events that very rarely live up to expectations very poor reputation in the market and negative feedback from sponsors who don't feel they get good value for money. We sell around access to high level execs at events and the problem is these high level execs rarely are present at the event which means sponsors feel cheated like they've waster their money. Zero re-books on events.
