Pros

IQPC do have some really nice people working for the company and their management is quite good. They also offer really good training for people that have just got out of Uni and want to develop a career in sales or event sales, but I wouldn't recommend it for experienced sales professionals or people that have their own place as the salary is quite low and the bonuses are a bit poor. In general the culture is not bad and lots of people seemed happy there.

Cons

The main downside was that I lived in South London. They offered me a job in Victoria but told me a location lie and sent me to Berkshire instead which took 2 hours travel daily and cost me £18 a day. Not good when you are poor. I was getting up at 5.30AM every day to get there for 8AM and not getting home until after 8PM. The hours were too long. How can they expect people to be committed from 8-6 and only earn 18k a year? I was forced to leave in the end due to them deciding to keep me in Berkshire for another month and I simply couldn't afford it and wasn't willing to sell my soul to them. I wouldn't have accepted the job if I'd have known.

Pros

Environment. Team building. Multicultural. Can be fun and social group of people. Autonomy in some departments. Get to work with some good coaches and managers

Cons

Salary. telesales environment. Office space is well used. High concentration of staff in open plan environment. Supporting departments can be understaffed. Little investment in cost centres, especially HR. Some people are really bad at their jobs. Ambitious people don't stay long. General impression that mediocrity and mediocre quality is tolerated. The events are professional.

Pros

If you want to learn a lot, excel in a paced environment

Cons

Don't approve of taking sick days (have to work up hours). Extremely long hours, short production cycles. Burn and churn approach to staff, stating 'people who can handle pressure' can do great here.
