It's your typical company downsides. Management is more interested in protecting how they are viewed by upper management than actually helping or developing you. Your best quickly becomes the expected, so don't burn yourself out in the beginning. Pay is weak because they focus on hiring new grads and due to managers not being that great the turnover is really high. Some firms in the industry have blacklisted IQPC due to its bad managerial reputation, so I would only recommend career climbing if you see a permanent future there. Essentially, a bit of a meat-packing plant but it has its charm.

I worked at IQPC Singapore, and while the team is generally hardworking, the management has been a major pain point. There's a recurring issue where poor management practices are tolerated, and employees' concerns are often ignored. This has created a toxic work environment, and many talented people are leaving as a result. The company would benefit greatly from improving accountability within the leadership team and fostering better communication between departments. Unfortunately, until these issues are addressed, I can't recommend working here.
