There are absolutely no pros to working at IQPC besides some decent exposure, and a central location (5th Ave/Grand Central area).

Cons

For all roles, this company pays at least 80% below the market. The culture is poor, and the office is drab and dirty. There is no warm running water in the bathrooms, so you will need to wash your hands with cold water (this was horrible during the early days of COVID-19). The kitchen is small, and is disgusting. The lounge area is small, and is also disgusting. The office is ultimately a sweatshop for young employees. The interview process is long and unwarranted. They also drug test! They will drug test you, but it is seeming apparent that many of the employees use either cocaine or meth. Lastly, no one there knows what they are doing. The company is one big cluster of confusion and pointless tasks. STAY AWAY from IQPC. Oh, and there's no room for advancement.
