Pros

The company has such a strong referral program that it is so easy for anyone to come in without knowing a single person and immediately make lifelong friends. I speak from experience. It really does feel like a second home to come in a be able to talk comfortably to anyone from any department, even management, both during and after work hours.

Cons

Nothing is perfect. The company is growing at a pretty fast pace. A lot goes into making the products successful so you have to be on your game and ready to go 100% of the time. Very fast paced day to day and a lot you need to stay on top of on a consistent basis which can certainly feel like a daunting challenge at times.

Ability to share how you feel both to your manager and other departments within your portfolio. Opportunity to see your results impact the business and events that you sell on. Great team around you where they become friends not just colleagues.

Cons

Have to be humble and ask questions if you don't know what you are doing.

It's a paycheck, and there are some good people working there.

Cons

Toxic culture, that only cares about profit. Will fire ASAP if your not a producer and pass on your accounts to the employees who have stayed for the paycheck.
