Albeit a step into the corporate sales world, however at an insitution riddled with toxicity, prejudice and a real lack of progression opportunities. The organisation is marketed as a meritocracy when you join, however that is a complete farce as you need to be there for at least 18 months before getting a promotion or being able to travel to any event. Management and HR are spiteful and speak badly of members of staff behind their back regularly - with highly unprofessional behaviour being exemplified every day. The majority of staff are underpaid and the commission structure if diabolical, with salaries being highly uncompetitive compared to the market, as they don't have the ability to draw high-level candidates to roles and rely on graduates to come in where they can manipulate and abuse these graduates to fit their mould. No one stays at IQPC for very long, and they have huge staff turnover which says all you need to know. Avoid this insitution at all costs if you want to keep you sanity.

The events space is a fast moving environment and the expectations set at IQPC are high - if this isn't within your nature, it can be stressful!
