      A great organisation to be a part of when business is thriving, a different story when it isn't

      Pros

      - Good place to start your career - Lots of opportunities to learn about how the world of business works - Full ownership of projects - which is rare - Good people - Clear KPIs and vision - Opportunities to supplement your base wage with profit share - Fun place to work - Some of those in the leadership team are great managers and visionaries

      Cons

      - It is a high pressure environment and leads to burn-out and can accelerate anxiety and other dormant mental health issues - High turnover - Can be a bit of a cult like work place - IT is a challenge - When the business is thriving its a great place and when it struggles it isn't. - favouristim is rife. But i think this is standard in all work places.

      Pros

      I work at CMP and the people are nicer than at my first two jobs. A lot of the team members have a good time together and are friendly.

      Cons

      My manager is never there and when he is he is gone for half the day each time. I give up trying to get help and the people I see in all day always joke about how he never has to work and they all feel the same way. He will hold a grudge against you and lie to you just to get you to be quiet.
