      Pros

      Just wanted to drop a note on here to say that the central HR team, Ed and Leyla in particular as well as the wider Alpha team went above and beyond on flexibility and support when there were issues outside of work. Genuine empathy and care and the understanding and being treated as a human being not just an employee was a breath of fresh air

      Not a con particular to this company but events generally is a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts so it's important to be prepared for that

      I have worked at IQPC for 7 years now and have always found the company supportive and the work environment very collaborative. I joined the company in a sales role, moved to marketing as an assistant and I am now Head of Marketing. Along my journey I have had supportive management and been provided with a plethora of training, both internally and externally, from copywriting to management development, all of which has supported me on my journey. I have also had the pleasure of working across multiple divisions, from Large Scale Events, to Energy and Decarbonization. The holiday compensation is great, I have the flexibility to work from home, and always take advantage of the companies health plan. IQPC provides a lot of opportunity and I highly recommend working here.

      The fast paced environment might not be for everyone, but it will also allow you to earn more money, and progress in your career.
