Pros
The individuals within IQPC are among the finest in the world. From the moment you step inside the building on your first day, you are greeted by the office in the most friendly manner, and this continues throughout your time there. Every morning, I was excited to go to work... How many people can say that? The management knows the perfect balance between being a friend and knowing when to direct you in the right direction. I was always kept in the loop regarding upcoming projects and where my focus should be. You may see negative reviews about this place on here, but let me assure you, coming from someone who took their job seriously and had a goal of making as much money as possible, those people either do not have the correct mindset to succeed in a place like this or were simply not suited for sales. I have worked in sales for three and a half years in different workplaces, and this place is the best you will find in London. I have always been someone to speak my mind, and this is not them telling me to write this. This is a fact.
Cons
The KPIs can be a lot to handle. In my opinion, 120 phone calls a day is a bit extreme - In saying that, I did make money from this method and was hitting the target every day. It is possible and becomes easy over time. That is my only Con
