Joined company and knew good things about it . I know this is all lies now. Management finds out personal information about employees and uses it against them later - fires people when they know they need the money (have family/ financial committment) and will not go to file an official complaint to fight against them. They do not look at performance itself. They only want to cut costs all the time. Sent out a survey to measure happiness after all this actions. Seriously? People are too scared to speak the truth. This shows the culture of the company led by incapable persons. It is a very sad place to work at especially if you give up a job in good company to come here. Top management hires her friends and family it seems and fires people whenever. Teams are divided and I think they like to keep it that way. There is a very negative vibe in the office and I think everyone is looking for jobs because they are scared of being fired. I wish I had never joined IQPC Dubai.

- activities organized by culture club

Cons

- they make sure that you don't hit your target - the base is so low that you can't afford anything. commission is low too. - work is boring - favoritism - if after reading the comment you still take the job, please make sure to write a review after you quit so that others don't make the same mistake.

- Good (not great) place to learn sales processes and the value of hard work (read value, not benefit)

Cons

- This is about the most vanilla job opportunity you will ever find. Don't expect any excitement or a huge learning opportunity. Very by-the-numbers organization with zero imagination (conference industry). - Those that have been with the company for a while get the existing, obvious accounts for each conference. Cage match for all junior reps, calling into the same accounts with zero processes. - I'd rate the CEO but I have no idea who he/she is. Only upper management that came into the office was an english gentleman that taught us how to pick up chicks at the bar as a sales lesson. - Old (maybe current) sales lead used to always tell us how important his friends are and how they all have amazing jobs and make vaults of money (this is the culture of IQPC)
