IQPC offers great professional growth and personal development and the leadership team are genuinely invested in helping you achieve our career goals, through ongoing training, mentorship programs and management development programs. They have some great benefits and recognition schemes and they have continuously improved these year on year. Mostly I will miss the friends I have made throughout my career at IQPC and the work culture is something IQPC should be proud of as this has significantly improved throughout the years of me working here.

Pros

Clear career development plan in place for me. Earning potential is huge and uncapped here. Mix of experience within the team ranging from 6 months to 10+ years with good collaboration amongst us. Lots of connectivity with the other departments to project manage the events you work on. Sponsorship have a leading role in the event’s delivery onsite which is really good as you get to support your clients personally throughout. Regular company meetings and socials to keep all informed on the direction the business is heading.

Cons

More days attending the office would be a benefit especially for me. We’re currently in 2 days a week and work from home on the other days. Modern offices but could do with more meeting rooms. Difficult to access one unless pre-booked well in advance. Sometimes I would prefer to have an event all to myself rather than share it with another team member - for obvious reasons!

I have been with the company for 12 years and still loving it. There are many opportunities to grow within the company and progress within different departments. If you are looking for a fast paced, challenging role with many opportunities to travel this is the company for you. My management is very supportive and pushes me to achieve my goals.

Cons

There are a high volume of events so the workload is challenging however, with the support from management you are able to push yourself to achieve this.
