The Dubai Office has undergone a lot of restructure, which is immensely required from business perspective, However this place gives you a platform to perform and bring in the change thats required and the change is heard with openness by the management, Specially the MD. She believes in the people and i think has led her bring immense positive change in the way she stays back late to cater to employees, Sits with the team and passes the positive Vibe and is eager to help anyone who seeks her support. I think its because of her genuine attitude we have seen a lot of team building activities, In house growth opportunities to employees. I was shocked to see few negative comments on MD , Management & the company. These are completely false accusations . The environment is much positive and and focused towards growth and are much excited for 2020. The HR is doing a great job in coming up with the new ideas to motivate the employees and as well create a positive work Culture in a very short span of time.
