I'm soon to be coming up to my the end of my first year at IQPC London and have a really positive outlook for my future here and the future of the company. The quality and intellect of the individuals that work here across the entire business is really impressive and this serves as a constant source of inspiration and motivation to want to continue to improve yourself and your own abilities. It's basically a real high-performing, dynamic environment where you have lots of opportunity to grow and develop. You learn a really good standard of best practice in the company for the first couple of months of joining and there is also a big focus on personal ongoing training and development that I haven't experienced in the 8 or so years I've been in professional environments since leaving university! Due to the environment I've improved a lot in the my first year here - far quicker than I have in other businesses. This makes it an excellent place to come to improve your skills quickly as well as to continuously improve in an environment that full commits to your development as well. After gradually getting to know more and more people across the business in my time here I have say they generally do a really good job of not only recruiting bright individuals with high potential to improve, but also genuinely nice and caring people. We can all have a great laugh here day to day but I've never seen anything overstep the mark which keeps the environment fun, healthy and relationships supportive. core office hours are 8.30-5 for sales and 9-5.30 for everyone else and there are no unwritten rules around staying late. you take ownership of your own targets and your own time.

Internationality at the office, the opportunity to speak english on a daily basis, having people from 30 different countries, that's great. Also, it feels like every opinion is appreciated, not left out. Hierarchy is there, but kept on a very pleasant level where no one is nose-up and can easily be talked to. Good opportunities to develop yourself within the company, there are many examples of it in the team. That can set good goals for everyone.
