I have been at IQPC Exchange for just under a year. Good place to work if you want to learn how to become a good sales person, make money and aren't afraid to work hard. Training is second to none! The first 8 weeks are spent in a training program which I recommend to anyone, even if you've been in sales for years. You'd be surprised how much you can learn if you take Katie's training seriously. She will help you develop a skill set that will set you up for success! Post training, if you work hard you can make good money. Definitely not the place you want to work at if you just want to have a job or want you hand held each step of the way and you're not willing to put in the work to succeed.

Being here for almost a year now, I can say that some of the things written here are not true, at least not for all our divisions and certainly not for mine! First of all, upon joining you get the best training EVER. Katie is a ninja and if you are open to learning, you will get so much out of this, even if you're a seasoned professional. Katie is brilliant at motivating and supporting everyone on the programme and making sure everyone improves and sees results. I definitely recommend going through the full training to really become great. -Team is super friendly and everyone helps each other, we're not out to stab one another in the back, we care, we have fun, we bring results. -No micromanagement, we know what we have to do and we do it, we're trusted to do our jobs -Great earning potential. Obviously, the more work you put in the more you get out of it, but you can make some serious money. -Good development/after care. Management is there to help you develop and improve and help is always there when you need it.
