Speak to high level individuals, learn about several industries, travel to where events are taking place

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, management is absolutely clueless about anything but maintaining their budget. People that you talk to have a negative perception of IQPC because they bombard people with event invitations daily.

Absolutely Everything! Do not believe any of the positive reviews on this website. How these people can morally justify themselves is astounding. This company does not care at all about its employees. As a previous review stated this truly is a sweatshop for millennials. It is sad how poorly managed IQPC is. Management are so micro managed it bleeds down to the employees. The HR violations that happen at this company are staggering. The pay is horrible as is the compensation. If there is any advice anyone can give it is do not work for this company.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one, and I'm disappointed that you chose to hide behind an anonymous review rather than address your concerns while you were still employed. I will be the first to acknowledge that we do have high expectations of our employees, and this can be a challenging environment for people who aren't willing to do what it takes to be successful. That said, with great challenges come great rewards, and we have many people who have been here for a long time and have grown professionally and personally with us, like many of your former co-workers who remain employed at IQPC.
