Generally a nice culture Management on the whole are a good bunch Sense of community/ team spirit

Cons

Some managers are untouchable despite being negative for the whole office, if their team is doing well, their terrible attitude is ignored Computers are outdated and office is very basic

No career opportunities for people with some experience. Micro-managing. The company has a focus in short-term business and doesn't look after their employees in the long term.
