Pros

The profit share can really help boost your salary. I have been averaging around 8-12K a year across my events. And of course this can vary and you can never depend on profit share.

Cons

Though UK salaries are typically lower, I do find the salaries rather on the low end. There aren't great benefits to off set it either.

I learnt so much through the training and through my team My Manager was particularly supportive to me with my mental health when I struggled at times and it really helped me through the difficult moments Lots of socials, great culture Nice recognition when you make deals They set you up to succeed and do well Great training and a place to learn and take on as much feedback as possible Very collaborative

Cons

The only thing I could say is that you have to be patient to transition from delegate to sponsorship sales
