- Great training and development especially if this is your first sales role; your skills are always being nurtured. - Good earning potential, salary and commission for sales reps. - Socials are a lot of fun, whether that's with your own team or outside of it. - The managers I've worked with care a lot and put in the time needed for your growth. - There's some great products in the company's portfolio that are genuinely interesting to work on.
Cons
- Expect a challenging role. There's a lot of reward for working hard, but you've got to put in the hours.
