- team collaboration (everyone is super lovely to work with) - focus on self improvement (lots of internal and external workshops) - amazing location and renovated office space - opportunity to grow and expand your network - awards, bonuses and other perks - supportive HR and overall management

Cons

- depending on the event, might need to work longer hours from time to time - higher turnover rate (most people take this job as their first step in the career so they don’t stay for long) - it is competitive so not for everyone
